RSE PTO Healthy Options partnered with Local Provisions to bring a nutritious and flavorful experience to the school community, offering students the chance to sample chocolate chia pudding and fresh, hot tomato soup as part of a PTO-sponsored wellness initiative.

The event reinforced the PTO’s commitment to promoting healthy choices while showing students that nutritious food can be both satisfying and enjoyable. The samples were well received, drawing positive feedback from students and staff alike.

“As part of our PTO-sponsored Healthy Options this month, students had the opportunity to sample fresh, hot tomato soup and yummy chocolate chia pudding, generously provided by Local Provisions in Westhampton Beach,” RSE Superintendent Denise Sullivan said. “We are grateful for their generosity and encourage our families to support the local businesses that partner with and support our school community.”

Local Provisions sponsored the event, providing the food and supporting the district’s ongoing efforts to promote wellness. School leaders noted that partnerships like this one play an important role in building community connections and reinforcing healthy habits beyond the classroom.
