The Remsenburg-Speonk Union Free School District budget passed by 87.3 percent on Tuesday night.
There were 183 total votes for the budget; 160 in favor and 23 against.
The community also supported the contract with the Suffolk Cooperative Library System for library services and granted permission to increase the capital reserves from $3 million to $7 million.
Congratulations to Suzanne Saulino and Kevin Toolan on retaining their seats on the Board of Education.
